Welcome to Aparanta Farm and Resort. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Advance Booking: Advance booking is compulsory. Reservations can be made by contacting us via phone or through our website.
  • Payment Terms: 50% payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the resort.
  • Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once we receive the advance payment and send you a confirmation email or message.
  • Government ID: All guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driver's License, etc.) for registration purposes.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Refund: Once payment is made, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
  • No Carry Forward: Payments cannot be carried forward to future bookings. Once paid is paid.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible, but no refund will be issued.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
  • Delays: If you anticipate a delayed arrival, please inform us. We cannot guarantee room availability beyond check-in time without prior notice.

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
  • Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of resort rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Cleanliness: Please help us maintain the resort's cleanliness. Littering and improper waste disposal are strictly prohibited.
  • Designated Areas: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are permitted only in designated areas. Please respect non-smoking zones.

5. Swimming Pool and Facilities

  • Swim at Your Own Risk: The resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur in the swimming pool or other recreational areas.
  • Children Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the pool or play areas.
  • Pool Rules: Please follow all posted pool rules, including no diving, no running, and proper swimwear requirements.

6. Meals and Dining

  • Included Meals: Meals are included in your booking package as per the schedule: Lunch (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM), Hi-Tea & Snacks (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM), Dinner (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Next Day Breakfast (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM).
  • Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
  • Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Special arrangements can be made upon request.

7. Children and Rates

  • Children 0-5 Years: No charges apply.
  • Children 5-10 Years: Half of the adult rate applies.
  • Children 10+ Years: Full adult rate applies.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure.
  • Accidents and Injuries: The resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses incurred during your stay.
  • Insurance: We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

9. Force Majeure

The resort is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other acts of God.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

11. Modifications to Terms

The resort reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at the resort will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
